The ITILO TRADITIONAL HOTEL was rebuilt with a harmonious blend of local rock, wood and steel in order to create a hotel of simple, unpretentious luxury which blends perfectly with the surrounding Maniote landscape. But this does not mean that the needs of the modern traveler have been neglected. Factors such as the impressive candlelit hallways, the comfortable rooms with their verandas overlooking the sea, the restaurant serving traditional Maniote cuisine and the uninterrupted presence of the Alevra family have all contributed to the special features that make the hotel so accommodating.

With our strong 30-year presence in the hotel industry as our guide, we finished renovating the TRADITIONAL HOTEL ITILO in 2009.
During this period, we registered all your requirements and then we set about meetingto meet them. We decided to be you; we became the customers who used our services and then we made our plans. We combined the comfort of the bedrooms and the bathrooms with modern conveniences like plasma TVs, central air conditioning, a hair dryers, a toiletry sets, a mini bars, room service, roomsand rooms with verandas overlooking the sea and a minimum level of luxury regarding the interior design.

It is set in a private land plot, located just 17 minutes from historic Nafplio city and 2 hours drive from Athens International Airport. Its privacy, touches your need for relaxation and travels your mind away from daily routine
Shades of Blue is designed with extra care and promises to offer to all its guests this unique sense of fullness. The wonderful view travels you to the sky, the daily light sparkles all over the place and at the same time the shade corners allow you to enjoy the alternatives of the landscape. The villa is placed 250 meters from the beach, which can also be a walking distance
Shades of blue provides a private pool with a relaxing area next to the umbrella or under the Greek sun for those who seek a great tan, and under the pergola for taking a quick nap after lying under the sun
A barbeque corner is also waiting for you to use it and satisfy your appetite at any momment
Main space consists of 2 levels. On he ground floor one -en suite- bedroom and a living room with a couch(wide and comfortable to sleep one person),a kitchen and a dining space in open area, provides direct access to the pool, as well as to the barbeque. On the second floor, a big veranda facing the pool and he sea surrounds the other 3 bedrooms (one en suite)
All rooms are furnitured in a minimal and district way, ready though, to comfort you and please all your needs and desires. All rooms have closets.
Parking is available and the villa’s entrance is accessed by a private foot path (30 meters long from the parking).
Your car can even reach the main door and this can help you moving your luggages easier and effortless.
People with disabilities can easily go the distance between the parking and the main entrance of the villa (a ramp is available)

Villa Ancora Spetses is in a great location about 120 meters from the cosmopolitan beach of Agia Marina, 900 metres from the center (Dapia) and 350 meters from the Old port of the island.
The villa has 3 bedrooms in the first floor. The first one is the wedding bedroom which has its own balcony with archs and an endless view to the beautiful sea. It also has a private W.C. The largest room has a double and a single bed as well as a 42 inch T.V. The smallest in size bedroom has a semi-double bed. The two bedrooms share a very large veranda that one can have a magnificent view to mountains and sea. The first floor has a large bathroom too.
In the ground floor, there is the room of the help (provided that the family has one) or it can be used as an extra storage place. The ground floor has also a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower unit. Receptions and weddings can take place in a land property that is equal to an acre.
The island of Spetses is mostly favoured by famous couples of the international jet set for having their weddings. The reason of their preference for the island is the beautiful chapels that they are next to the sea.
The Atrium Villas were designed for architecture and nature lovers who seek more than relaxation. The views from the villas are beyond expectations while the green scenery leaves breathless.The villas are surrounded by hiking paths and miniature churches nearby.
Each Atrium Villa has two volumes connected by covered pergolas for al fresco dining. The first volume has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a corner windowthat breaks the boundaries between indoors and outdoors. The same volume also contains two bedrooms with an inland view.With a reference to a stone tower, two elegant Master Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located in the second volume.For an ultimate relax each villa has a spacious swimming pool area with a several sitting areas to choose from.A common BBQ area located on a hill overlooking the villas gives the final touch for an unforgettable Greek summer night.

Villa A is the head villa of the complex; the villa offers 3 detached apartments, a spacious “open” common sitting area, with great sea views.

The private pool lies beside the villa. The cobalt blue of the pool faces out to the infinity blue of the Aegean sea.
